Go to "My Apps" and select "Photos." You can create and manage your albums and photos through that link. To upload photos: After you create an album you will automatically be directed to upload photos. If you want to upload photos to an album you already created, select "Edit Album" then "Add New Photos." You have two options for uploading photos. The first option is to click the "Add Files" button. When you see all the photo files you want to upload below, select "Upload Selected Files." If you wish to use the simple uploader, there is a link to it on the bottom of the "Upload Photos" page. There you simply browse for files and then click "Upload Selected Files" when finished. To tag people: Go to "My Apps" and select "Photos." Select the "Edit Album" button where the photo you want to tag is. When you find the photo you want to tag, click on it. Below the photo, you will see an option to "Add Tag."

If someone is bothering or harassing you, blocking them is usually the best solution. Visit the Account Settings page to learn how to block people. If someone continues to harass you despite your efforts, you can report them here.
